Dias atrás respondi catequeticamente ao questionamento de uma amiga visitante do meu blog que havia sentido que o Senhor, DEUS, havia lhe protegido através de um escapulário....talvez seja o momento da vida dela que Ele escolheu para revelar-se ao seu coração de um jeito todo dela. É Ele é bem assim, conhece-nos realmente como somos e sabe o momento de nos tocar!
citei a castidade no titulo pq realmente é uma coisa que nos dias de hoje é difícil, para mim, para os outros, para todos. Porém, vou me redimir a termos antes utilizado a amigos e em blogs, a expressão: “Jesus esta fora de moda” é e não é verdadeira; visto que a moda não faz parte da eternidade e quem conhece um pouco de bíblia, sabe que lá diz que os discípulos serão ridicularizados em meu nome. A pergunta é quero andar na moda ou em PAZ? Moda e PAZ combinam? essa roupa (moda=paz) existe?
sim, quantas mulheres machuquei, quantas me machucaram, em função de planos, sexo e propostas que de uma hora pra outra virou o BBB = amor que elimina. Seria muito diferente com a castidade???
o que é pior, uma pessoa namorar outra por cinco anos e prometer casar e depois dar para trás, pq viu/descobriu que não era isso que queria, ou a famosa frase: “O AMOR TERMINOU”, ou deixar varias pessoas dependentes do sexo como um vicio e querendo convencer a si e ao mundo que aquilo é natural e mais, biologicamente comprovado;....ou o que é pior ser católico praticante como eu, transar e usar camisinha!!!

Olha eu como já disse não sou católica, então pra mim essa coisa toda não tem o significado que tem pra você. Mas, se fosse eu católica, teria algumas considerações, pois penso com a minha cabeça e não com a cabeça de Deus. Igreja é uma instituição e não uma religião. Portanto é pra mim incompreensivel isso de que no mundo de hoje, a igreja abomine a camisinha, com todas doenças que existem, isso não é religião. Deus é amor, é vida. O amor de Deus seria maior por um fruto de um estrupo do que por uma criança que corre o risco de morrer se levar essa gravidez adiante. Deus explulsaria essa criança da vida dele como fez um represantante da igreja? Não consigo (e nem quero) crer numa religião que exclui e não inclui.

Louvada seja Aquela que nos trouxe o Autor da Vida!
Aqui em Roma, em meio aos estudos de Bioética, desejaria ter mais calma para escrever esta carta de elogio à sua brilhante atuação como pastor diante da Arquidiocese de Olinda e Recife. Temo, porém, pecar por omissão se deixar para depois algo que deveria escrever hoje em apoio à sua defesa da vida de três crianças.
Sim, três são as crianças que o senhor defendeu: uma menina de nove anos, violentada pelo padrasto, e duas crianças gêmeas geradas neste ato de violência.
Em meu trabalho pró-vida, várias vezes deparei-me com casos de adolescentes ou crianças vítimas de estupro. Enquanto as feministas ofereciam aborto, nós, cristãos, oferecíamos acolhida, hospedagem, assistência espiritual e acompanhamento durante a gestação, parto e puerpério.
As crianças geradas em um estupro costumam ser alvo de um carinho especial de suas mães. Longe de perpetuar a lembrança da violência sofrida (como dizem alguns penalistas), o bebê serve de um doce remédio para o trauma do estupro. Podendo doar o bebê após o parto, elas se assustam só de pensar em ficar longe dele. Tremem ao se lembrar que um dia cogitaram em abortá-lo.
O aborto, além de ser uma monstruosidade maior que o estupro, causa um trauma adicional à mulher violentada. A idéia do aborto como "alívio" para o estupro é uma falsidade que deveria ser banida dos livros de Direito Penal.
A imprensa que acusa o senhor teve o cuidado de não revelar como o aborto foi feito. E com razão. Pois enquanto os defensores da vida mostram com alegria a linda criança concebida em um estupro, os abortistas não podem mostrar os restos mortais dos bebês que foram assassinados. Em se tratando de dois bebês de quatro meses, é possível que os médicos tenham feito uma cesariana para extraí-los do ventre materno. E depois? Depois, devem tê-los jogado no lixo, esperando que morressem. Uma cena nada agradável, nem digna de quem professa a Medicina. Os autores desse assassínio precisaram ter o sangue frio de um algoz para olhar nos olhos de suas duas vítimas abortadas. Mas é a pura realidade.
Outro argumento usado pelos abortistas é que a menina-mãe, por causa de sua tenra idade, não poderia levar até o fim a gravidez. Por isso, o aborto seria "necessário" para salvar a vida dela. Evidentemente, como o senhor sabe, tudo isso é mentira. A menina não estava prestes a morrer nem o aborto se apresentava como a "solução". Uma gravidez como a dela exigiria um acompanhamento adequado. Médicos que honrassem o seu juramento fariam tudo para salvar os gêmeos, esperando que eles chegassem a uma idade gestacional em que poderiam sobreviver a uma operação cesariana. Afinal, para que servem as nossas UTIs neonatais?
Talvez os bebês morressem espontaneamente durante a gravidez. Mas os médicos não carregariam a culpa por esse aborto espontâneo.
Aos que levianamente criticam o senhor, defendendo o aborto como meio para salvar a vida da mãe, eu proponho o seguinte caso.
Suponhamos que, de fato, o aborto pudesse "curar" alguém. Façamos de conta que, em alguma hipótese, o aborto seja "terapêutico". Estaríamos diante de um caso semelhante ao de uma mulher que, oprimida pela fome durante o cerco de Jerusalém (ano 70 d.C), matou e devorou o próprio filho recém-nascido. O episódio é narrado pelo historiador Flávio Josefo. O raciocínio é o mesmo. Se a mulher não matasse seu filho, ambos morreriam de fome. Ao matá-lo, pelo menos uma das vidas foi salva.
Quem aplaude o aborto como meio para salvar a vida da mãe, deve, por coerência, aplaudir a atitude desse mulher que matou o filho para salvar a própria vida.
O senhor sabe muito bem - mas há muitos que não sabem e não querem saber - que nunca é lícito matar diretamente um inocente, nem sequer para salvar outro inocente. Por isso, o senhor está de parabéns por ter cumprido sua missão, que não é a de matar, mas a de dar a vida por suas ovelhas.
Permita-me agora referir-me a uma das mentiras que estão sendo apregoadas. A grande imprensa vem apregoando que, no caso da pobre menina de nove anos, o aborto foi legal. Ora, isso é absurdo. Não há aborto "legal" no Brasil, assim como não há furto "legal". Nossa Constituição, que protege o direito à propriedade (por isso, não há furto "legal"), também reconhece a inviolabilidade do direito à vida (por isso não há aborto "legal"). O que os médicos fizeram, aos olhos da lei penal, foi um crime. Ocorre que, nem sempre a pena é aplicada ao criminoso. Há hipóteses, chamadas de "escusas absolutórias", em que a pena não se aplica, embora subsista o crime. Um exemplo típico é o do furto praticado em prejuízo de ascendente, descendente ou cônjuge (art. 181, CP). Quem pratica tal furto (por exemplo, o filho que furta do pai) comete crime. No entanto, por razões de política criminal (como a preservação da intimidade da família) em tal caso o furto não se pune. Analogamente o aborto, que é sempre crime, tem dois casos em que a pena não se aplica: I - se não há outro meio (que não o aborto) para salvar a vida da gestante; II - se a gravidez resulta de estupro e o aborto é precedido do consentimento da gestante ou, quando incapaz, de seu representante legal (art. 128, CP).
O médico que pratica aborto em ambas as hipóteses comete crime. A lei não autoriza a praticar o crime, mas pode deixar de aplicar a pena após o crime consumado.
Como, porém, houve crime, faz-se necessário um inquérito policial. A polícia, indiciando os médicos e outras pessoas envolvidas, verificará se de fato foram preenchidos os requisitos para a não-aplicação da pena. Em outras palavras: verificará se a atitude dos médicos, além de ilegal e criminosa, é também passível de sanção penal.
Pode ser que o delegado de polícia chegue, por exemplo, à conclusão - nada improvável - de que o consentimento da mãe da menina foi obtido mediante fraude ou coação. Nesse caso, uma vez comprovada a invalidade do consentimento, a conduta dos médicos se enquadrará no artigo 125 do Código Penal (aborto provocado sem o consentimento da gestante), cuja pena é reclusão de três a dez anos.
Se os genitores da menina gestante foram vítimas de fraude ou coação, será possível ainda acionar judicialmente os médicos requerendo uma reparação civil de danos. Claro que nada repara a perda de duas vidas, nem o trauma sofrido pela menina de nove anos submetida ao aborto, mas uma indenização serviria como meio de advertência para os profissionais da morte.
Escrevo tudo isso para dizer que o senhor está do lado, não apenas da lei de Deus, mas também da lei dos homens. O senhor é digno de aplausos pela Igreja Católica e pelo direito positivo brasileiro.
Peço que o senhor não desanime. Estamos do seu lado. E, mais ainda, o Senhor da Vida está do seu lado!
Os ataques que o senhor sofre por todos os lados, até mesmo por pessoas de dentro da Igreja, fazem-me lembrar o que predisse Jesus: "Não penseis que vim trazer paz à terra. Não vim trazer paz, mas espada. Com efeito, vim contrapor o homem ao seu pai, a filha à sua mãe e a nora à sua sogra. Em suma: os inimigos do homem serão os seus próprios familiares" (Mt 10,34-36).
As injúrias, as perseguições, as calúnias, tudo isso que o senhor está fazendo deve ser para nós, não só motivo de dor, mas motivo de grande alegria. Com efeito, assim se pronunciou Jesus na última das bem-aventuranças:
"Bem-aventurados sois vós, quando vos injuriarem e perseguirem e, mentindo, disserem todo o mal contra vós por causa de mim.
Alegrai-vos e regozijai-vos, porque será grande a vossa recompensa nos céus,
pois foi assim que perseguiram os profetas, que vieram antes de vós" (Mt 5,11-12).

Gil, eu não vou entrar em discussão com vc sobre isso, por n motivos:
1. Não disse que a mãe esta com risco eminente de morrer. E nem levei em consideraçao isso ao dizer que a igreja exclui. Mas ok, é fato que ela poderia vir a morrer, afinal é uma CRIANÇA (e não uma mãe) de 9 anos gravida de gêmeos (um gravidez que é de risco até mesmo para mulher madura), é meu ponto de vista, não vou mudar, não com essas argumentações... desculpa.
2. Ignoremos os riscos de morte. Vc acredita mesmo que uma CRIANÇA de apenas 9 anos tem a estrutura psicologica para gerar, criar e amar frutos de um abuso? Eu, com 30 anos nao sei como regiria a isso e nunca pediria a uma filha, por amor a uma Igreja testar.
3. Deus (o seu) nos deu o livre arbitrio, até onde eu sei podemos viver nossa vida e aceitar nossas escolhas, elas devem ser respeitadas. Era direito dessa criança não ter que passar por todo esse trauma psicologico além do físico que ela passou.
4. E uma instituição que se diz a "voz" de Deus tem direito de excluir? Que ser humano pode se comparar a Ele e fazer isso, mesmo eu acreditando que Ele nunca faria, Deus não exclui, apenas inclui. Pra mim isso é irreversível. Qualquer um que tenha atos em seu nome, atos de exclusão, de violência, não me serve de referencial.
5. Uma instituição é formada de pessoas, com eros, culpas e pecados, essa mesma instituição que prega tantas coisas, camufla o próprio crime de alguns de seus membros.
Desculpa, não me atenho a nenhuma instituição, me atenho a minha fé, ao que eu creio e somente a isso!
Dou aqui encerrada uma discussão que nem começou, só vim dizer o que pensava pq vc me pediu, mas sou do time que acredita que Religião não se discute!

A Igreja têm muitos defeitos, pois Cristo que é sua cabeça a santifica e nós que somos o corpo cometemos muitas falhas e fizemos muitas "cagadas" e a graça está em reconhecer esta realidade e poder sempre voltar aos braços do Pai.
Eu amo minha igreja assim como amo minha minha esposa, embora ambas tenha defeitos, porém as virtudes são muito maiores.
